Our tiered approach ensures that you only pay for the service level you need, whilst our 100% focus on Watson Marketing ensures that you have access to expert knowledge and support when you need it.

We already have a number of major IBM clients that are benefitting from our services, with support provided 7am-7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from our UK based team. Our onboarding process ensures we have a complete understanding of your IBM marketing technology landscape and an action plan to make sure you’re getting the best out of it and to ensure the most optimal configuration and documentation.
