Introducing our new APAC leader. I’m really pleased to announce that we have appointed Leighton Robins as Purple Square’s new APAC Leader.
We launched the Australian side of the business just over five years ago and now work across a number of the leading organisations in the region providing strategic and technical marketing automation services.
The last five years have been fantastic, but as always what we’re really excited about is the future! Moving forward as a business to our next phase of growth, we’re thrilled to be bringing Leighton into this key leadership role. He is an exceptional leader with strong experience across the full breadth of marketing automation, having led brands through digital transformation projects for many years.
He’s not new to us either, I’ve been fortunate to know Leighton for around 10 years. Based in Sydney, he’s been actively involved in the Australian marketing automation space, across all of our core platforms, since 2014.
Leighton has been a strategic partner to Purple Square across the years and most importantly is someone that aligns with our organisation’s values and commitment to keep our clients’ goals at the heart of everything we do. At Purple Square we pride ourselves on our vendor agnostic, transparent, client first approach to our partnerships and we are looking forward to having Leighton onboard to continue to expand this vision within the region.
“I’m really excited to join Purple Square and to be given the opportunity of leading the APAC team into a bright future. I’ve known Purple Square since being formed in 2011 and have followed their journey to date closely. Purple Square has a collaborative approach of working with clients and vendors alike, ensuring the end customer experience continuously exceeds expectations. This philosophy aligns perfectly with my own vision, and I’m looking forward to building an exciting future for all,” says Leighton of the appointment.
“Companies have an amazing opportunity to leverage their own first-party data to make interactions more relevant and effective for each customer through leveraging technology. The opportunity to join Purple Square and help some of the leading organisations in the region in achieving this outcome is something I could not pass up.”
As soon as they’ll allow me back in the country, I’ll definitely be making my way to Sydney to congratulate Leighton in person.
