Purple Square Consulting – Survey Giveaway Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Purple Square Consulting are not eligible to enter or win a prize. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

CONTEST PERIOD:  The contest period will last up to the draw date (below).  Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the giveaway Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, use the “We would like to hear from you” link, to complete the survey (created within SurveyMonkey). All entrants need to have completed the survey correctly. Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address,  regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be determined by random drawing to be held on or about 21st September 2020. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Giveaway Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Purple Square Consulting, the judge of the Giveaway, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Purple Square Consulting may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

Prizes/Odds of Winning Prize:  One (1) Nintendo Switch. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Giveaway Period. If Purple Square Consulting receive less than 20 entrants for the Giveaway, we have the sole right to cancel the Giveaway.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.

CONDITIONS: Purple Square Consulting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof).   Purple Square Consulting also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Purple Square Consulting reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against Purple Square Consulting or any other associated with this Giveaway.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE.  As a condition of entry into the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and the winner by accepting a prize grants to Purple Square Consulting, to publicise the winner’s name in the next email communication, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
